MANAGING PARTNER
Matt Kahn is a seasoned consumer marketing executive with more than 25 years of experience. He was classically trained in advertising at D’Arcy Masius Benton & Bowles and subsequently in brand management at The Coca-Cola Company. At Coke, he received accolades for signing LeBron James as brand spokesperson for the Sprite and POWERADE brands before LeBron entered the professional ranks. This kicked off a lengthy list of high-profile endorsement deals spanning his career including Tom Brady, Gwyneth Paltrow, Jennifer Aniston, 50 Cent, Ellen DeGeneres, Lindsey Vonn and Venus Williams.
In leadership roles at Glacéau, Matt catapulted vitaminwater® and smartwater® into iconic lifestyle brands, setting strategic direction, leading business planning and product innovation and managing diverse teams. His invaluable foresight and vision strongly contributed to Glaceau’s sale to The Coca-Cola Company for $4.2B. After the acquisition, Matt led the POWERADE brand portfolio to unprecedented success, gaining 12 share points in 2 ½ years.
As Vice President of Marketing at Heineken, Matt managed a portfolio of five brands including Dos Equis, for which he led the development of a best-in-class integrated campaign featuring “The Most Interesting Man in the World”, garnering international awards.
Matt then led marketing for Celsius Holdings, driving more than 50% revenue growth in the competitive energy drink category. In his most recent corporate role, Matt oversaw marketing for SodaStream- the number 1 global in-home sparkling water maker.
Matt received his MBA from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Washington University in St. Louis. He currently lives in Atlanta, GA with his wife and two daughters. In his spare time, Matt enjoys watching sports, playing tennis, traveling and watching movies.

STEVE DENKER
PARTNER
Steve Denker is the former Vice President of Marketing and Digital for WarnerMedia, focusing on the Turner Classic Movies (TCM) network. In this role, Denker was responsible for all of TCM’s marketing, including digital strategy and social media, content, planning, allocation and campaign management across all platforms as well as digital products, websites, apps, and operations. Denker also worked closely with HBO Max, overseeing social and linear executions promoting the classic movie hub on the streaming service and with the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences.
Denker joined WarnerMedia in 2016 as the Director of Marketing, where he oversaw and executed the creative campaigns for TCM and FilmStruck, WarnerMedia's first movie streaming service. Denker led the diversity and inclusion initiatives for the network and the marketing for a months-long series titled Women Make Film, highlighting 100 female directors from across the world. In 2015, he was named a Digital Marketer of the Year Finalist from the Technology Association of Georgia.
Prior to joining WarnerMedia, Denker was a Principal and Director of Digital Strategy for an Atlanta based brand consulting firm, working with clients including Blackstone, PBS, and AGRO Merchants Group. In 2011, Denker was a co-founder and served as the COO of Beach.com.
Denker began his marketing career at The Coca-Cola Company working on experiential and customer marketing teams in sports and entertainment. Partnerships and clients included the NHL, NBA, AMC Theaters, Disney Parks and Universal Studios.

DAVID OXFELD
MIAMI MARLINS SVP OF SALES & PARTNERSHIPS
As Senior Vice President of Sales and Partnerships, David oversees the Marlins’ Membership, Group, Premium, Inside Sales and the Partnerships team leveraging corporate relationships. As a member of the leadership team, David is focused on changing brand perception in the marketplace through professionalism, trust and being great partners to those who invest in the Marlins.
Prior to joining the Marlins, David was with Excel Sports Management as VP of Client Sales and Business Development. He was responsible for selling non-endemic endorsements and partnerships for a roster of world class athletes and entertainers. During that time, Oxfeld was recognized as one of Sports Business Journal’s 40 under 40. David also previously worked for seven seasons in the NY Mets organization as well as the Madison Square Garden Company.
David has a BA in Sports Management from the University of Michigan. He is a current member of the Miami Beach Chamber of Commerce and serves as a member of the Michigan Sports Business Conference Advisory Board.

Craig brings over two decades of experience in brand strategy, strategic partnerships, and integrated programming. Throughout his career, Craig has managed over 1,000 partnerships with global retailers like Target, Amazon, and CVS, alongside entertainment collaborations with AMC, Regal, and A-list influencers like Kelly Clarkson and Gwyneth Paltrow. His work has helped scale brands through notable partnerships including BMW & The Bond Films, Vitaminwater & The Twilight Saga, and Mercedes-Benz & The Art of Elysium.
Craig’s expertise spans industries such as beauty, fashion, wellness, and entertainment, where he has built brands from the ground up and revitalized historic names. With a focus on delivering future-proof strategies, Craig excels in creating culturally relevant narratives that resonate with consumers while driving business growth. His leadership has been instrumental in several successful brand exits, including the acquisitions of Babyganics by SC Johnson and Vitaminwater by Coca-Cola.
Craig holds a deep passion for leveraging creativity to build meaningful connections between brands and their audiences. As an advisor to MKH, Craig provides valuable insights into talent partnerships, brand collaborations, and innovative market solutions, helping to elevate talent and athlete representation within the luxury and performance sectors.
